Dr Shibani is a truly gifted leadership coach. Our network the IFG retained her earlier this year to help us prepare for our winter meeting in Mumbai and to help us reshape the network to future proof us for the next 10 years. In the weeks leading up to the meeting Dr Shibani spoke with as many of our members as possible to make sure she was up to speed.
